- Adulte de plus de 18 ans : 10 mg par prise, 1 à 3 fois par jour ; soit 1 comprimé, 1 à 3 fois par jour.
- Enfant de 1 à 18 ans : 0,1 à 0,15 mg par kg, 1 à 3 fois par jour, soit : enfant de 9 à 18 ans (de 30 à 60 kg) : 5 mg (1/2 comprimé), 1 à 3 fois par jour ;
